Does Your Insurance Cover Acupuncture?
Our office is an Out-Of-Network healthcare provider with the exception of being in network with Med-Risk for worker’s compensation patients. We only accept PPO plans with Out-Of-Network acupuncture benefits.
There are many insurance plans that cover acupuncture out of network. Our office provides complimentary insurance verification and billing. Prior to your visit, we will verify your coverage and determine your benefits, how many visits you are covered for and if you have a deductible.
If you have an out-of-network deductible remaining for the calendar year, we will bring you in at our discounted cash rate until your deductible is met. We will often be able to roughly estimate the number of visits it will take to meet your deductible based on your plan. Once your deductible is met and your insurance kicks in, we will determine your co-insurance amount per visit.
